a week in

Just had  my first week as an OAP, bit of a struggle, legs not working properly arms and hand crap, and talking of crap can't stop, not to sure as too what is wrong as yet we shall have to see.

Friday

blood sugars OK first thing, but had a piece of toast to be sure, went out to the city care center to take my daughter to her appointment, went to Wilkinson's then back to the center, cup of tea 98p tasted like I wont say as I do not want to swear, got home just as you might expect the postman tried to deliver a packet, need to wait 4 hours 30 mins before collection, came home, sat down to watch the tennis and just remembered that I had not taken my tablets, I was thinking why am I getting angina why you pillock no tablets, the days get more and more difficult, memory is going have got to try and get a grip.
